Privacy Policy – “60 Years of Growing Together” Prize Competition

- Data Controller
The data controller is MASCHIO GASPARDO SpA, with registered office in Via Marcello, 73, 35011 Campodarsego (PD), VAT number/Tax code 03272800289 (hereinafter, “Controller”).
- Personal Data Collected
In the context of participation in the “60 Years of Growing Together ” competition (Competition), the following personal data will be collected and processed:
- Personal and contact details : name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, address of residence, identity document and any other data voluntarily provided by the interested party for registration as a participant and/or voter, as well as for the validation of the win.
- Data relating to the works : images and any other personal data contained in the artistic works uploaded.
- Purpose of the Processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Competition Participation and/or Voting : Management of Competition participation and/or voting, including verification of the age of participants and checking the validity of uploaded entries.
- Communications and Notifications : Sending communications relating to the outcome of the Competition, prizes awarded and other relevant information.
- Awarding of Prizes : Management of the awarding and delivery of prizes.
- Legal Basis of Processing
The data processing is based on the consent expressed by the interested party for the participation, validation and receipt of the prize with regard to the Competition.
- Processing and Storage Methods
Personal data will be processed with electronic and manual tools, adopting adequate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the data. The data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the Competition and fulfill legal obligations, and for a period not exceeding 24 months from the conclusion of the Competition for the purpose of managing any disputes.
- Rights of the interested party
With regard to the personal data provided, the interested party may exercise at any time the rights provided for by CHAPTER III of EU Regulation 2016/679. In particular, the interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to and deletion of data concerning him or her, as well as the limitation of processing and to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable regulation. These rights may be exercised by writing to the following email address privacy@maschiogaspardo.com . Furthermore, pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if he or she believes that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
- Data Communication
Without prejudice to the communications made in compliance with legal obligations, personal data may be communicated to companies or professionals for activities instrumental to the aforementioned purposes. Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions will be communicated to the above-mentioned subjects. The list of such subjects is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller and will be provided upon request by writing to the email address privacy@maschiogaspardo.com.
- Transfer of Data Abroad
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In the event that personal data should be transferred outside the European Union, this will be done in full compliance with all guarantees provided by the legislation on the protection of personal data and ensuring adequate protection for the interested party by signing specific agreements (Standard contractual clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, etc.).
- Changes to the Policy
This information may be subject to changes due to regulatory adaptations or following changes in data processing. The changes will be communicated through updates published on the Competition website, asking the interested party to provide new consent if necessary.
